This Privacy Policy explains how Syca Labs, LLC (“Syca Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with sycalabs.com (the “Site”) and the software products we offer, including WizPaz (together, the “Services”). We keep the amount of information we collect deliberately small.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to submit — such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message — so that we can respond to you.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may process limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics and do not build advertising profiles.

Product data. Our applications are designed to keep your working content under your control. Where a product processes content to deliver its features, that processing is described in the product itself, and we do not sell that content.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the Services;
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
• To prevent abuse, spam, and fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your messages for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to run the Services, and share information with them only as needed for those purposes:

• Vercel — hosting, delivery, and privacy-friendly analytics for the Site;
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot and abuse protection on our contact form;
• Microsoft — email delivery used to transmit contact form submissions to us.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the Site and to protect it from abuse. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our records, and then delete or anonymize them. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@sycalabs.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be made reasonably prominent on the Site.
