These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sycalabs.comand the software products offered by Syca Labs, LLC (“Syca Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to them, interfere with other users, scrape or overload our systems, or use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

Products and changes

Syca Labs is an experimental lab, and the Services — including WizPaz and other products and experiments — are offered on an evolving basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some projects are explicitly works in progress and may be incomplete, paused, or withdrawn.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and software — are owned by Syca Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from our content except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services, such as messages sent via our contact form. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Services and to respond to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.
